Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Returns 

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share your Order ID and clear photos of the product for verification.

 

Refunds 

 

After verification and approval, the refund will be initiated.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your bank account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

 

Non-Returnable Products 

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
